Car Parking is available @ $40 Per night subject to availability.
What are the bedding configurations in your apartments?
All our Studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments have Queen Beds with no options for single beds or roll away beds.
What views do each type of apartment offer?
1 Bedroom Apartments offer a City View & 2 Bedroom Apartments offer River Views.
What time is reception open untill?
Reception is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
How close are you to the CBD & Southbank?
We are approx. 5 – 10min walk to the CBD & approx. 15min – 20min walk to Southbank.
How long is my bond held?
The bond is held by the bank for approx. 5 – 7 working days and then is released automatically.
Can I pay cash on arrival?
You can pay cash for the accommodation but the bond of $200 must be available on a valid credit card.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments & common areas.
Can I smoke on the balcony?
No, Evolution Apartments is a totally Non Smoking Building, including the apartments, balconies & all recreational facilities.
Are pets allowed at Evolution Apartments?
Unfortunately Pets are not permitted in the Hotel.
