Booking Terms & Conditions

Upon arrival at Evolution Apartments a Credit Card pre-authorisaton of $200 (This money MUST be available on your card and can be held for 5-7 working days by the bank) will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges that are the above normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is NOT an acceptable for of bond when staying at Evolution Apartments.

• Studio Apartment – 1 x Queen Bed
• 1 Bedroom Apartments – 1 x Queen Bed
• 2 Bedroom Apartments – 2 x Queen Bed

Please note that our car parking is limited, subject to availability and at a cost of $40.00 Per Night (Max of 1 Car per Apartment – Height 2.1m).

• Check in Time is 3pm
• Check Out Time: 10:30am

You must be 18 Years of Age to be able to check in at Evolution Apartments.

Property Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy Requires a Minimum of 24 Hours notice to avoid 1 Night’s Cancellation Fee.
